4- 5oz Salmon Fillets
2 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Mustard
2 tbs Parsley, chopped
1 tbs Lite Mayo
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1.  Preheat the oven to 400 Degree F. Add salt and pepper to both sides of the salmon fillet

2. In a bowl add 1 tbs parsley, to the mustard, mayo and maple syrup. Mix well.

3. Spread about a tbs of the Mustard mixture to the to of the salmon. (If salmon fillets have skin, speared mix on the skin side) Bake for about 10-12 mins until salmon is cooked thoroughly.

 4. Remove from oven a sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley. Sever and Enjoy!!
