Peter and sparkles

Hello Beautiful people!!!!
The weather here on the east coast is brutal and this snow is really cramping my style. I nearly froze solid taking these picture. I'm trying hard to be winter appropriate but I can't help but to long for the warmer spring months. The bright aqua colors remind me of the tropics, which would be amazing to be in right now.
I was able to style another piece from my peter pilotto for Target collection. This is actually a dress which I am wearing as a top.
I hope you are all staying warm if you're dealing with the snow and if you are somewhere warm, I hate you. jk

Boom with a vinyl skirt

Now I know that you have probably seen this sweatshirt on every single blogger but this is how I rock it. Ever since I purchased this sweatshirt, this is how I imagined wearing it. I had to have this vinyl skirt, so I made it. I feel like this outfit is a little more playful then my usual chic/sexy looks.

Wild Thing

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Mine was filled with organizing, cleaning, cooking, open houses, showings, pictures and rain. It rained the entire weekend! I was barely able to get pictures taken. Well hopefully we will have a dryer week. I don't mind the cool air very much but the cool air mixed with rain in a no bueno.
3.1 Philip Lim X Target. Need I say more. This is another piece I was able to snag on the day of the launch. I chose to style the top with a vintage leather pencil skirt,  my go to leopard pumps and my dear cookie monster.

I know many people have gotten their hands on this top from the collection but I bet no one has styled it like this. See that's the thing about style, you can take a piece that everyone has and transform it into something totally unique. I hope that you will take the pieces you have and put your own, totally unique spin on it.

Highlighter

The weather seems as though its finally trying to break but to give it a little bit of encouragement I wore this bright outfit in the hopes that the sun would get the hint and come out. It didn't but I think that it was just too shy to compete with my radiance lol.
So I was never really a Tar-jay kinda gal, but Target has really stepped up (or maybe they were already up) their clothing game. I got this cute neon and grey skirt on clearance for $10. Can you believe that ? Remember the Prabal Gurung collection at Target I spoke about here? Well I was able to get an item from that collection as well but you'll have to wait until it gets a bit warmer, to see me wear that one. So the moral of the store is, that Target might be my new shopping place.

Prabal Gurung for Target

If you're like me and you didn't get a chance to partake in the Target's Neiman Marcus Collection, you're in luck! February 10th Target is going to launch it's new collection with the fabulous, Prabal Gurung, and I could not be more excited for the pieces in this collection. One thing I really appreciate with these types of collaboration is when the high end designer makes clothes as fabulous as their higher priced items and if you can't tell buy the pictures these piece are so cute!! I picked out a few that I will be snatching up come February 10th but if you'd like to see the entire collection check it out here .
I forgot to mention the price for these pieces are crazy amazing, most of which are under $50.

Workin' It

Blouse: H&M/ Cami and Belt: F21/ Pants: New York & Co/ Shoes: Issac Mizrahi for Target/ Earrings and Bag: Thrifted/ Cuff: Macys

These days, it seems as though all I do is work and sleep. I don't have time for much else except on my days off. One thing that gives me comforts, is that my job doesn't have an extreme dress code which means I'm able to express myself through my clothing. I wore this outfit to work yesterday. It is still very "work'ish" but I was able to personalize it with my pink loafers and my see-thru blouse.
Side note: The blog changes should be coming very very soon, the 1st of april to be exact, so stay tuned.
Stay Fabulous!
